I've never done aerial before, should I start with MFO?

That’s so great you want to learn to fly! We have some great stretching and strength tutorials that will be just perfect to supplement your aerial training. Our aerial videos are desigend to be used by students also training with in-person coaches. Aerial work can be very tricky and dangerous when you first start, and we want everyone to learn safely! Once you have some aerial expereince, we will be here waiting for you!

How hard are your videos?

Well, that really depends on the video and your level too! We have six different levels for our aerial videos 0-5. Level 0 is a great place to tune up your technqiue and make sure you haven’t developed any strange habits. Level 5 videos are designed for advanced students and professionals looking to work on impressive, and difficult movements and flows. 

I've watched your videos so many times but still need help!

Don’t worry! If all the moves were that easy, then everyone would be doing them! The harder the skills, the more training you will need. We suggest to take a step back and try some simpler moves, and work on your general strength and flexibility. If you are still have some troubles, don’t forget we offer private lessons too! We can check it our either in person (here in Berlin), or via webcam to get down to the bottom of it!

Can I download your videos?

Our videos can be accessed by all users with an active subsciption, but we do not allow our videsos to be downloaded.

Can I share my membership with a friend?

We know it’s tempting, but we require each user to have their own active membership to view and learn from our videos. Creating our videos takes a lot of time, energy, and expertise (we’ve spent years honing our skills). We think you will agree that the quality of our videos and instruction is worth the price! Please also remember that in our Terms and Conditions we are able to cancel memberships with no refund if they are being shared. 

Technical/Billing Questions

Do you have an app?

At this time we don’t have an app to view our videos, but our video library is completely responsive, so you should have no problems viewing our videos on your mobile device, tablet, etc. We are hoping to create an app soon, but for now we want to focus on our content; to keep providing you with more awesome videos and tutorials!

How do I cancel my membership?

We’re sorry to see you go, but we know that nothing last forever! To cancel your membership, first sign in to your account and then go to Dashboard, then Billing, then Current Active Plan. Click Change Plan, and then Cancel Plan, and confirm that you do want to cancel your membership with MFO. Once you have cancelled you will still have access to all of our content for the rest of the billing cycle, but will not be renewed.

The videos are loading so slowly!

Please check your internet connection and try a differentt web browser. We recieve many statistics about our hosting and videos, so rest assured if there is a problem on our end we are working hard to correct it!

I can't login and/or have technical problems.

Double check your internet connection, and that all of your login credentials are corrent. Try to clear all cookies and the cache in your browser, restarting your computer/device and trying again.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortuntaley we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscriptions. If you no longer wish to have access to our content, you can cancel your membership and will not be billed in the future.

Do you have gift cards?
